When it comes to world language instruction, offering a course that is completely online can be a challenge. To be honest, for many years I have objected to the idea on philosophical grounds because of the challenges in providing authentic communication opportunities. However, innovations in learning management systems and technology in general have made the possibility of online language learning more feasible. In this section of my ePortfolio, you will find my efforts and reflections on planning a fully online French II course for high school students.
